Bourne Free: Wild West Weekend @ The Triangle, Bournemouth

The theme for Bourne Free 2009 will see Bournemouth's Pride Festival become a colourful weekend of Wild West fun with Cowboys, Cowgirls and 'Native Americans' (to coin the correct term) having a right ol' hoe down in Bournemouth.

Across the 4 day event from Thursday 8th until Sunday 11th of July join in all the fun in the local gay saloons.

The Pride Parade departs from East Cliff on Saturday 10th July at 1pm, arriving at The Triangle at around 2pm. From then on until 5pm, there'll be family fun in the gardens with Lea Martin and guests entertaining in the Bandstand - grab that deckchair and chill out.

Meanwhile, back in The Triangle:

Thursday : 5 - 10pm

Drag DJ & Hostess Cassie leads the fun with a hog roast, bar and bucking bronco.

Friday : 5 - 10pm

Host DJ Luk with Lady GaGa Tribute act, hog roast and bar.

Saturday : Midday - 11pm

Miss Jason, Chrissie Dean & DJ Pride present the entertainment - performers include Davina Sparkle, Kevin Brooks, Adrian Dunbar, Sally Vate & Guests and headlining is chart topping diva, Angie Brown (I'm Gonna Get You) with Go Go Dancers and much much more. Hog roast and bar from midday.

Sunday : 2 - 10pm

Liza Minelli Tribute with dancers, Steph from BBC's Over The Rainbow, Chart Diva, Baby D (Let Me Be Your Fantasy), hog roast and bar from 2pm.
