So how are your Manchester Pride plans going? Planned your outfit, booked those tickets, arrange the meet up’s? All boxes ticked? Well they maybe for us humans but what about the pooches in our lives? What’s their Pride plans? Well Manchester Pride has the paw ones in mind this year and they need your pooch.

Send Manchester Pride a picture of your furry friend and then tell them in no more than 20 words why your dog should be crowned Pride Pooch 2008. With all those proud canine boxes ticked you and you pooch are in with a chance of winning a nights stay on Friday 15 August at Malmaison. The winner and two runners up will get doggy hampers and a chance to parade their Prize Pooch along Canal Street on Saturday 16 August.

So check your dog’s diary and get clicking and writing. Remember a dog isn’t just for Christmas. They’re for Pride.
