It may be 1am but the party is faaar from over!

The stunning spectacle of a pair of axel-grinding girls in sunglasses was a site to behold and certainly warmed up any of the remaining members of the crowd who weren't already warm enough… sparks flew in time with the beat and our very own pyrotechnic fantasia unfolded! Amazing!

Having whipped the crowd up into a frenzy of excitement, they'd prepared the way appropriately for headline act Girls Can't Catch to grab the limelight singing, amongst other fab tunes, their catchy hit Echo which we challenge you to avoid humming as you read this review (as we left the club later we heard two groups of wayward students chanting it to each other along the seafront!) The unassuming trio are as gorgeous off stage as on - and Student Pride 2010 loved, loved, loved them.

There was just time for a bit more partying, some thanking of the Student Pride committee for all their hard work in making the event happen (you guys rocked this year!) - including the five years that tireless chair Tom Guy has put into the event to mould it into something growing and ever more important (bloody great job Tom!) before some of the gathered partygoers headed over to squeeze every last bit of party out of the weekend at Revenge.

A good night? Hm. Well I think you can probably see for yourself from the photos... A GREAT night!
