Taking a 40 minute bus ride out to an industrial estate in the outskirts of Madrid perhaps isn't the most auspicious starts to a big night out... but as the coach pulled up and we saw the sheer size of the venue the whole thing became a bit clearer.

Today's party started at noon and finished at 7. The next morning. That is, in case the maths is confusing you, 19 hours of clubbing all in one space.

It would have to be a pretty special space to keep people amused for that long... and luckily for us this is exactly what it was.

Although there isn't a big pool to lounge around which is admittedly a bit sad, the venue makes up for it in all sorts of other ways. They'd inflated two huge pools where people were playing water polo, there was a water slide which offered a great view of the terrace party as well as being a lovely way to cool off during the afternoon... there was a room dedicated to foam - although we missed this because we were too busy dancing, a satellite room which was big enough to warrant coming to the venue on its own... loads of sun beds and outdoor spaces to chill out, and then there was the main room that exploded into life at about midnight.

Having to buy tickets for drinks and snacks got more than a little bit irritating (with most of us coming home with loads of € of unused tickets at the end of the day to add insult to injury), but a minor complaint in what was otherwise a stunning club with breathtaking production from Supermartxe.
